Space Endeavour’s Galactic Futures is bringing space tech down to Earth

The IoT Tribe Space Endeavour project is reaching its grand finale with an event dedicated to some of the most promising European start-ups working on space tech. With more than 25 companies supported during the programme, and several international events organized, the successful completion of the Space Endeavour Project will be showcased during the Galactic Futures conference in Madrid, on December 14. The event will bring together, for the first time under the same roof, the start-ups supported throughout the programme, investors and some of the most insightful policy makers in the space tech sector, and the team behind the Space Endeavour project.

The opening market of New Space, with its exponentially increasing levels of investment, is enabling the access of non-traditional players to the previously disregarded space tech. At the same time, space itself is becoming more and more prominent as a critical infrastructure for the next generation of the human to cloud digital continuum advances and deployments.

The future of space is more and more digital and vice versa; space technologies are no longer addressing a niche market limited to defence and communications, but hold relevance across all sectors of the economy.

The one-day summit Galactic Futures will demonstrate to businesses and investors from across verticals such as construction, insurance, banking, logistics and mobility why space tech is behind many of their future digital solutions. Global leaders will be joined by leading European start-ups to demonstrate what the value today is from exploring this exciting and dynamic arena and find the right partnerships to enter into the next space race.
