The first cohort of space tech companies has started the two months online acceleration programme to validate their business idea and focus on company development.

How does it work?

The 13 selected start-ups in different stages of maturation have joined the intensive 2-month acceleration programme under the IoT Tribe Space Endeavour Project, which is designed to bring participating start-ups from proof of concept to proof of value, while increasing the potential for commercial contracts with perspective clients.

Supported by their mentors, as well as international knowledge leaders and expert speakers, the planned activities for the following 8 weeks will focus on business validation, starting form a clear business need, and providing the teams with new opportunities for technological development and cross-sector synergies.

Companies in each cohort of the programme will work on their go-to-market strategies and work intensively to understand how quickly their space tech powered or integrated products will be adopted. Workshops will cover topics designed to prepare the teams to pitch to investors, while hands-on training programmes will cover topics like Unique Selling Proposition, Negotiation, Securing Business, Intellectual Property.

The programme also includes specific activities involving successful participating start-ups and other interested parties such as investors, corporates and established space-tech providers.
